[Immediate visual feedback]
The Golf Training Mat gives you instant feedback on where you're making contact with the ball, telling you exactly where your club hits the floor and which direction you're swinging your club so you can correct your posture and strength in time.
- Successful swing examples
1. Inside In
Inside-in is a trajectory where the club head enters from the inside of the target line and then goes out from the inside. The point of such an inside-in is that it is easier to transmit the power accumulated by the rotation of the body, so it is less likely to result in a mis-shot.
2. Down Blow
Hitting the ball before the club head has reached its lowest point or while it is still on its way down will reduce the chance of a mishit.
- Example of a failed swing
1. Inside Out
If the club comes in with a lying position, it will tend to result in a top-down scooping swing, making it easier to duff the ball short.
2. Duffing
A duffing occurs when the lowest point of the club's trajectory is in front of the ball, causing the club to hit the turf before making contact with the ball.
